Please complete the business travel request form in the ERP system to ensure your insurance is activated on time.

Accommodation Options: Apartment

Company Apartment Guidelines

Contact GA via company email and CC Department head at least 1 week before arriving in the U.S. Provide:
- Full name (Chinese & English)
- Department
- Desired check-in/out dates
GA will confirm availability.
If confirmed, please visit the MICU Main Office upon arrival in Arizona to sign the documents and collect the key.

Accommodation Options: Hotel

If your business trip is short and there is no availability in the company apartment, you can book a nearby hotel.

WaterWalk is a contracted hotel with the company. You can contact their representative to make a reservation:

Car Rental Options

If you need to rent a car, there are two options:

Book online in advance: You can reserve a car through rental company websites before your trip. The advantage is convenience—you can pick up the car directly at the airport upon arrival. However, this option is usually more expensive.
Coordinate with GA: Alternatively, you can contact GA at least one week before your trip. After you arrive at the office, we can assist you in picking up a rental car from one of our partner companies. This option is usually more cost-effective but less convenient.

Pre-Travel Checklist

Before your trip, please ensure the following items are confirmed and prepared:

Flight itinerary: Confirm your flight booking and arrival/departure times.
Emergency / Local contact: Provide an up-to-date emergency contact to HR or your manager.
Visa and travel documents: Make sure your visa, passport, and other required documents are valid and ready.

Food & Grocery near the office

Near the office, you’ll find several supermarkets like Fry’s, Safeway, and Trader Joe’s for your grocery needs.

There are also many nearby restaurants offering Mexican, American, and Asian cuisine.
