Dear all,
We're going to have the organization adjustment soon, if you will be notified of the department/position changes:
1. After your position change, ERPHelp@micb2b.com will create a 2nd ERP account for you.
2.Your old and new accounts will co-exist before the old account is deleted.
1.If your position change is effective on 9/1/2025, your old account will be deleted on 9/1/2025. Starting from 9/2/2025, only the new department ERP identity may be used.
2.You must complete below 2 steps. Otherwise, you won’t get paid.
1.All ERP application must be approved by all managers.
2.You must submit APNI06_Department Payment Request Report by 8/21/2025 at 5 pm MST. (If you feel it's too rushed, you can use the new ERP account to submit your application, as long as your invoice is issued in 2025.)
