At Marketech International Corp. USA, we are committed to maintaining a professional, respectful, and inclusive work environment.


Workplace harassment is not limited to sexual harassment. Any behavior—verbal, non-verbal, written, physical, or digital—that makes a colleague feel uncomfortable, intimidated, humiliated, excluded, or emotionally unsafe may be considered inappropriate and, depending on the circumstances, may constitute harassment.


Please remember that impact matters more than intent. Even if conduct is not meant to cause harm, it can still negatively affect someone’s work environment.

All employees are expected to:

  • Maintain professional and respectful conduct

  • Be mindful of language, tone, and behavior

  • Respect personal boundaries

  • Address concerns appropriately and professionally


If you experience or witness conduct that feels inappropriate, please report it to MICUHR@micb2b.onmicrosoft.com or your designated manager. All concerns will be reviewed promptly and handled with discretion.


Please note that if an investigation determines that inappropriate conduct or harassment has occurred, the company will take appropriate corrective action. This may include a formal warning letter, and in more serious cases, disciplinary action up to and including termination of employment.


Retaliation against any individual who raises a concern or participates in an investigation is strictly prohibited.
