2026 Mid-Year Performance Review

Hi All,


The 2026 Mid-Year Performance Review period will take place from 6/1 to 6/15.


Please note that there are several major updates to this year’s performance review process:

  1. Managers are encouraged to communicate and align with team members regarding performance review items and expectations. We recommend starting with the position’s Roles & Responsibilities (R&R) and setting clear OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) to help employees better understand their responsibilities, goals, and development direction.

  2. Employees eligible for this review are full-time employees who joined the company on or before 2/1/2026.

  3. This year’s performance review process has transitioned from Excel forms to a system-based platform. Please log in to 👉 the system and complete the review accordingly.


A user guide for the performance review platform is attached for your reference.

2026年前半年度績效評核期間為 6/1 至 6/15。


今年度績效評核方式有幾項重大更新,請大家留意以下事項:

  1. 請各位主管與團隊成員進行充分溝通與對焦,確認績效評核項目及方向。

    建議可先從職位之 Roles & Responsibilities (R&R) 著手,並搭配 OKRs 進行目標設定,協助員工更清楚了解自身職責、目標及未來發展方向。

  2. 本次績效評核對象為於 2026/2/1(含)前入職之正職員工。

  3. 本年度績效評核流程已由原本 Excel 表單調整為系統化作業,請各位同仁登入👉系統完成此次績效評核。
