Dear All,
To improve clarity and convenience in the overtime application process, the “Overtime Hour Limit Increase Application” will enter a pilot phase effective immediately, and will be fully implemented and go live on July 1, 2026. After the official launch, all applications will be processed online. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
Key Change from Previous Process
Other than the Director's approval scanned in PDF, an Excel must be attached when submitting the application
Pilot Period (From now until June 30, 2026)
Applicants are encouraged to use the online form as the primary submission channel:
Email submissions will still be accepted during the pilot period until June 30, 2026
Official Launch (Starting July 1, 2026)
All applications must be submitted via the online form:
HR will no longer accept applications via email or paper submission
Application Rules
If business needs require overtime exceeding the monthly limit of 36 hours
Applications must be submitted at least 1 week before the start of the planned overtime month
Each application period must be between 1 to 3 months
A new application is required if overtime continues beyond the approved period

為使加班申請流程更加清楚與便利,即日起「加班時數上限調高申請流程」將進入試行階段,並預計於 2026/7/1 正式上線全面實施。屆時所有申請將統一改為線上作業,請大家務必配合。
與過去流程最大差異
申請時,除了處長簽名掃描的PDF, 需另外附上Excel
試行期間(即日起~2026/6/30)

若仍有使用 Email 申請的情況,亦將持續受理至 6/30
正式上線(自 2026/7/1 起)
一律改為線上表單申請 https://forms.office.com/r/z1uSwffKDQ
人資部門將不再受理 Email或紙本申請
申請規則如下
若因業務需求,每月加班可能超過上限 36 小時
申請須於預計加班月份開始日前 至少一週 提交
每次申請期間至少 1 個月,最多 3 個月
核准期間屆滿後,如仍有加班需求,須重新提出申請
