Dear MICU Employees,

While 9/1 is a holiday, the payroll team will have less than 1 day to process payroll on 9/2.

We need EVERYONE's help to complete below action before 8/31 at 11:59 pm!

 ✅For Employees

• Submit Time Off requests

• Ensure your Timecard is complete and accurate

• Enter any Comp Time if applicable

 ✅For Managers

• Review and approve all Time Off

• Review and correct Time cards (missing time)

• Review and approve  Comp Time

⚠️ Important

If time entries and approvals are not submitted by the deadline, we will be unable to process any missing hours for payroll. Late submissions will not be paid out until the following pay period.

Please prioritize this today to ensure everyone is paid accurately and on time. Thank you for your attention!
