This is a friendly reminder that all Time Off requests, Timecards, and Comp Time entries and approvals for the pay period ending September 15, 2025, must be submitted and approved by 11:59 PM TODAY.

✅ What Needs to Be Done:

For Employees:

• Submit any outstanding Time Off requests

• Ensure your Timecard is complete and accurate

• Enter any Comp Time if applicable

  
  

For Managers:

• Review and approve all Time Off, Timecards (missing time), and Comp Time for your team before the deadline

  
  

⚠️ Important:

If time entries and approvals are not submitted by the deadline, we will be unable to process any missing hours for payroll. Late submissions will not be paid out until the following pay period.

Please prioritize this today to ensure everyone is paid accurately and on time.
