📢New Benefit Announcement: Dependent Insurance Premium Subsidy

Hi Team,

We’re excited to share a new benefit designed to better support you and your families.

Starting April 1, 2026, Marketech will introduce a Dependent Insurance Premium Subsidy, which helps cover a portion of the insurance premiums for your eligible dependents enrolled in our medical, dental, and vision plans.

Under this program, the Company will subsidize dependent premiums based on your length of service:

• 1–2 years: 25%

• 2–3 years: 50%

• 3–4 years: 75%

• 4+ years: 100%

This subsidy will be applied automatically. No separate application is required. Once you meet the eligibility requirements, the subsidy will be reflected directly in your payroll deductions.

To take advantage of this benefit, please make sure your dependents are enrolled during Open Enrollment or within the applicable enrollment window after a qualifying life event.
