After Position Changes, ERP Training 職務異動後 ERP訓練

1. After your position change, ERPHelp@micb2b.com will create a 2nd ERP account for you.

2.Your old and new accounts will co-exist for 1 month before the old account is deleted.

2-1.If your position change is effective on 5/1/2025, your old account will be deleted on

6/1/2025. Starting from 6/2/2025, only the new department ERP identity may be used.


2-2.You must complete below 2 steps. Otherwise, you won’t get paid.

1.All ERP application must be approved by all managers.

2.You must submit APNI06_Department Payment Request Report by 5/21/2025 at 5

pm MST.

2-3. If you feel it's too rushed, you can use the new ERP account to submit your

application, as long as your invoice is issued in 2025.
