To MICU employees,

As we approach the end of the month, this is a friendly reminder to check your overtime hours and ensure they are within the monthly 36 hours limit set by company policy.

If you anticipate that your hours will exceed the limit, please make sure to:

• Get written approval from your supervisor in advance by filling out the "Overtime Hour Limit Increase Application Form"

Working overtime without proper approval may be considered a policy violation which results in written warnings, so let’s stay on top of it and avoid any unnecessary issues.

📌 Tip: If you’re unsure about your current balance, log in to your Paychex account to see your current overtime hours.
