Juneteenth is coming up soon, and we’d like to remind everyone that Marketech International Corp USA observes June 19th as a floating holiday.

Here’s what that means for you:

🗓 Options for Juneteenth (June 19th)

• You may take the day off and be paid for the holiday.

• OR you may bank the 8 hours as vacation time to be used later this year.

  
  

✅ Action Required

1. Before June 19th

• HR will add 8 hours of floating holiday to your profile by Wednesday, June 17th.

2. If You’re Taking the Day Off

• Submit a time-off request in advance.

• Record 8 hours under “Floating Holiday” for June 19th in the system.

3. If You’re Banking the Time

• Work your regular schedule on June 19th.

• If you cannot work a full day, please submit time-off for any missing hours.

4. For Supervisors

• Ensure your team is informed and correctly enters floating holiday hours.

• Approve any pending time-off requests promptly.

Floating holidays do not roll over into the next year.Be sure to use your floating holiday before December 31st.
