As the summer heat intensifies, it's important that we all take extra care of ourselves during the workday. Please keep the following safety tips in mind:

💧 Stay Hydrated

Drink plenty of water throughout the day—even if you’re not feeling thirsty. Dehydration can set in quickly.

🧊 Take Cooling Breaks

Make sure to take regular breaks in shaded or air-conditioned areas to help regulate your body temperature.

🚨 Report Any Heat-Related Symptoms

If you begin to feel dizzy, nauseous, fatigued, or otherwise unwell due to the heat, please alert your supervisor or a teammate immediately.
