As a reminder, all employees were given the option to use Juneteenth (June 19th) as a floating holiday. To ensure accurate payroll processing, please take a moment to review and approve any submitted floating holiday hours for your team.

Action Required:

🔹 Log into Paychex🔹 Check time entries for Pending PTO for PPE06302025🔹 Approve any “Floating Holiday” submissions promptly as well as other pending Time Off Requests

Unapproved time entries may cause payroll delays or incorrect balances for your employees.

If any team member reports a missing floating holiday entry due to the recent system glitch, please direct them to contact HR and Payroll immediately.
