Upcoming Carpet Installation: September 19–22

Starting Friday morning, September 19, our office will be getting a fresh new carpet upgrade! 🎉 The project will wrap up by Monday, September 22.

To reduce dust and noise, the area will be off-limits to anyone not directly involved in the renovation. Signs will be posted at the doors, and we ask for everyone’s cooperation during this time.

🚪 Safety First

Keeping our workplace safe is just as important as making it comfortable. Here are a few key reminders:

• Building doors must remain closed unless a special activity requires them open and someone is assigned to monitor them.

  • In the event of an emergency—such as an active shooter—that person is responsible for immediately closing the door.

• The construction area doors will remain closed, with clear signage:

• Notified and coordinated with colleagues who need to relocate (Sept 12)

  

• Office cleaning and waste removal (Sept 15)

  

• Distribution of packing boxes (Sept 16)

  

• Coordination with EHS on safety and documentation (Sept 17)

  

  

  Team meeting held to communicate the updated evacuation route for relocated employees
