USC Kicks Off Our Training Roadmap Journey!

We’re so excited to share that USC Engineering Division hosted our very first Training Roadmap Introduction session a few days ago! Thank you to everyone who joined and contributed to making it such an inspiring start. The energy and participation throughout the session were truly uplifting and set a wonderful tone for what’s ahead.

During the session, we heard powerful and motivating words from Serena, our COO, reminding us how growth and teamwork go hand in hand. She emphasized that communication and cooperation are key, and that we succeed by supporting one another. Serena's message encouraged everyone to keep striving forward and to stay connected as one united company. We’re excited to see how our future new hires will benefit from this thoughtful training plan that’s built to help everyone grow and succeed together.

We’d also like to extend our sincere appreciation to the USC managers for their dedication and hard work in bringing this session and roadmap to life. Your leadership and initiative have set a wonderful example for the rest of the organization.

After the sharing session, everyone enjoyed a fun bowling night that brought plenty of laughter and friendly competition. It was such a great way to unwind, connect, and celebrate the successful start of our training journey. We hope everyone had as much fun as it looked!

And this is just the beginning! Other departments will soon have their own training sessions and team-building activities, so stay tuned for more chances to learn, grow, and celebrate together as one team.
