Launch of 2025 Mid-Year Performance Review Cycle

Dear Team,

We are pleased to announce the launch of our 2025 Mid-Year Performance Review cycle. This review process is an essential component of our ongoing commitment to recognizing excellence and supporting your professional development.

Please review the sample performance evaluation form for guidance and note the following important details:

■ Performance Review Timeline

1. Eligible Employees: All active full-time employees who were confirmed in their positions on or before June 15, 2025

2. Review Period: January 1, 2025 ~ June 30, 2025.

3. Process Timeline: July 14 - August 13, 2025.

A. Self-Assessment: July 14 ~ July 25, 2025

B.    Manager Review Period: July 28, 2025 ~ August 13, 2025

 

■ 2025 Performance Evaluation Framework

1. The applicable weightings for "Core Values" and "Goal Items" for each job category are as follows:

2. The ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) sustainability goals and results, after self-assessment by the individual, will be provided to supervisors for reference and are not included in the final performance score.

2.1. Items 1-4: Complete self-assessment based on your individual contributions

2.2. Items 5-6: Company-wide metrics for this period:

* Item 5 Carbon Intensity: Decreased by 3.88% year-over-year, meeting the 1% reduction target. Score: 30 points.

* Item 6 Electricity Intensity: Increased by 5.22% year-over-year, failing to meet the 1% reduction target. Score: 0 points.

 

Please note: ESG goals are currently for reference purposes only and do not impact your performance score.

 

■  Next steps.

1.     Download the attached "Performance Management Form" Excel file

2.     Complete your self-evaluation by July 25, 2025

3.     Save a copy for your records

4.     Division supervisors: Please submit completed team evaluations to HR
